Add rich text content to an Entity

This Tutorial requires a previous execution of Define a data record with an Entity.

This tutorial describes how to add a Rich Text Field to an Entity. Rich Text Fields may contain formatting options like HTML-Markup. It requires a previous execution of Define a data record with an Entity.

  1. Move the mouse over the label
    Administration
    in the top right corner (without clicking it)
  2. A panel containing all the different admin options will pop up: on this panel click on label
    Entities
  3. In the list view on the left side of the pop up, click on the item
    Idea
  4. Click on the green button
    + Field
    on top of the main workspace area
  5. A new Field is created and a form panel comes up where attributes of the Field can be set
  6. Change selection field to
    Type
    Rich Text
  7. Enter into field
    Label
    Description
  8. Enter into field
    Field Name
    Description
  9. Click on the blue button
    Save
    below the attributes form panel
  10. The new Field is now saved to the database
  11. Click on the Close-Icon
    X
    in the top right corner of the pop up to close the window
