Split PDF offers five split methods instead of just one page range: every page individually, fixed groups of X pages, a split into two halves, even/odd pages, or freely defined groups (for example “1-3; 5, 7-8”). All output files are also provided together as a ZIP.

Typical use cases

Choose “Every page” to split a multi-page PDF completely into individual single-page files, for example to send separately or process further.

Use “Every X pages” to automatically split a long document into equal-sized sections without manually defining each group.

Define custom groups such as “1-3; 5, 7-8” to split out exactly the chapters or sections you need instead of treating the whole document the same way.
Tips for better results
Pick the split method that matches your goal
“Every page” suits a full export, “Every X pages” suits equal-sized batches, “Even/odd” suits duplex scans for example, and custom groups suit targeted chapters.
Use the ZIP archive when many files are created
With very many output files, the interface doesn't display every single one. In that case, download the ZIP archive directly, which always contains all generated files.
