Withdrawal information for Split

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Xoricon GmbH, Aichelbergweg 1a, 88239 Wangen im Allgäu, Germany, email: office@xoricon.com, phone: +49 (0)7522 914 270) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested a yearly plan to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Withdrawal ends the Premium you bought.

For the group license and lifetime, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we unlock Premium, provided that before buying you expressly agreed that we start unlocking before the withdrawal period ends, you confirmed your knowledge that by agreeing you lose your right of withdrawal once unlocking begins, and we have confirmed the contract including this agreement on a durable medium (for example by email).
