Create your own Dashboard Pages

This Tutorial requires a previous execution of Add state and a selection field with a Custom List.

This tutorial describes how to create a new Dashboard Page. Use Dashboards to quickly get an overview over the state of your application. Arrange tables, list and graph views in Dashboard Pages. It requires a previous execution of Add state and a selection field with a Custom List.

  1. Move the mouse over the label
    Administration
    in the top right corner (without clicking it)
  2. A panel containing all the different admin options will pop up: on this panel click on label
    Dashboard Pages
  3. Click on the green button
    + Page
    on top of the main workspace area
  4. A new Dashboard Page is created and a form panel comes up where attributes of the Dashboard Page can be set
  5. Enter into field
    Name
    Ideas
  6. Click on the blue button
    Save
    below the attributes form panel
  7. The new Dashboard Page is now saved to the database
  8. Click on the green button
    + Table
    on top of the main workspace area
  9. A new Dashboard Table is created and a form panel comes up where attributes of the Dashboard Table can be set
  10. Enter into field
    Name
    Ideas
  11. Click in the text input field
    Filter Query
  12. A pop up containing a list of existing Filter Queries will be displayed
  13. Select entry
    Ideas
    from this list by clicking on it. If
    Ideas
    is not yet shown, enter characters
    I
    ,
    d
    ,
    e
    , etc. until it is displayed
  14. Click on the blue button
    Save
    below the attributes form panel
  15. The new Dashboard Table is now saved to the database
