How do we split lift passes when not everyone skis?
If one person buys the passes for everyone, select only the skiers as participants for that expense. Whoever hikes or sledges doesn't pay for a pass.
Do ski rental and ski school belong in the group?
Only if one person pays for others. What everyone pays for themselves can stay out of the group. That keeps the settlement short.
Does Split work in a cabin without reception?
Yes. You can add and edit expenses offline. As soon as the phone has signal again, Split syncs them with the group.
We're going to Switzerland. Can Split convert francs?
Yes, with Premium. Enter the amount in francs and Split converts it into your group currency using the ECB reference rate. If your card statement shows a different rate, enter it yourself.
