How Split helps

  • Added in seconds

Amount, who paid, done. The expense is in before you've left the museum till.

  • Not everyone does everything

For each expense you choose who was involved. Museum, bar or guided tour are shared only by those who were there.

  • Settled by Sunday

Split shows who transfers how much to whom – usually one or two transfers are enough. Afterwards you can keep the group or let it rest.

Tips

  • Create the group when you book hotel and travel, not once you're there.

  • Add small amounts like coffee or tickets right away. They add up quickly.

  • Settle up on the way home, while everyone still remembers who paid what.

Frequently asked questions

Your question isn't here? Write to us

Is Split worth it for just two or three days?

Yes. On short trips especially, everyone pays for something here and there. A group is set up in a minute, and on Sunday you can see who owes whom.

What if only some of us go to the museum?

Then you only select those who went for that expense. Everyone else doesn't pay for the tickets.

We're going to Prague. Does Split convert koruna?

Yes, with Premium. You enter the amount in koruna and Split converts it to euros at the ECB reference rate. You can also enter the rate from your card statement yourself.
