Export a group

For your own records or a spreadsheet, export all entries of a group as a CSV file. Export is part of your own yearly plan or lifetime.

Last checked: 3 November 2026

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open export

Open the group and choose “Export” in the group menu.

  2. 2

    Create the CSV

Tap “As CSV (.csv)”. Split creates the file and saves or shares it, depending on your device.

  3. 3

    Open it

Open the file in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It contains all entries and transfers of the group, sorted by date.

Good to know

  • Without your own plan, Split says export is a feature of your own plan and offers “Subscribe”.
  • The separator follows the number format in the settings: commas with 1,234.56, semicolons with 1.234,56. That way the file opens directly in the matching spreadsheet settings.
  • Deleted entries aren't included.
