Step by step
- 1
Create a group
A group stands for a trip, a shared flat or a night out. You create it with a name, currency and the people involved – no account needed.
- 2
Invite the others
Each person gets their own invite link. Whoever opens it is in and sees the same numbers – no app, no sign-up.
- 3
Add expenses
Whoever pays adds it with “+ Entry”: the amount, who paid and how to split it – equally, by shares or with exact amounts. This works offline too.
- 4
Read the balances
At the top of the group you see “Your balance”. A plus means you get money back; a minus means you owe others. Below it you see everyone's balance.
- 5
Settle up
Under “Settle up”, Split suggests who transfers how much to whom – with as few transfers as possible. Once the money arrives, you mark the payment as paid.
