Split among only some people
Not every expense concerns everyone: only two do the surf lesson, someone skips the ski pass. Here's how only those who took part pay.

Pick “By shares”
When adding the expense, choose “By shares” under “Split”. Everyone starts with 1.

0 for those not involved
Enter 0 for everyone who wasn't there. The others keep 1 – or more if they count double.

Save
Tap “Save expense”. Only people with a share above 0 carry the expense.
Good to know
- “Exact amounts” works too: leave the field empty for anyone not involved.
- People you add later aren't part of earlier entries.
