Record a transfer between members

If one person gave another money directly – in cash, by bank transfer or PayPal – record it as a transfer. That keeps the balances right, even if the money didn't follow the settlement suggestion.

Step by step

1. 1

   Create an entry

   Tap “＋ Entry” in the group and pick “Transfer” at the top. Split asks “Who gave money to whom?”.

   Pick the people

   Under “From”, pick who paid, and under “To”, who received the money.

   Amount and date

   Enter the “Amount” and check the “Date”.

   Save

   Tap “Save transfer”. The transfer appears in the list and both people's balances change accordingly.
